The Horizon Health Center & Emergency Department is a planned healthcare development located at the intersection of Eastlake Blvd and Kenazo Ave on a 25-acre site. The project is intended to serve as a key expansion of emergency and outpatient care services in the Horizon area.

As of February 2026, the Horizon Health Center & Emergency Department is in the Architectural Planning phase, following the land acquisition completed on December 19, 2025. The project team, led by Hammes with architectural services from Grace Design Studio and ASA, is currently defining the overall site and facility framework to support future emergency and outpatient services in Horizon.
