West Ambulatory Surgical Center in Architectural Planning Phase

The West Ambulatory Surgical Center is a planned 5.16-acre development located at Resler Drive and Canyon Creek (Private Drive). The project is designed to support high-efficiency outpatient surgical services, with a focus on endoscopy and surgical procedures.

Project Team and Timeline

  • Land Acquisition: Closed January 6, 2026
  • Project Manager: Hammes (Contract executed October 2025)
  • Architect of Record: Carl Daniel (Local) / Page Stantec (Contract executed November 2025)
  • Current Phase: Architectural Planning (February 2026)

Following the land closing in January 2026, Hammes and the design team initiated the Architectural Planning Phase in February 2026. The West Ambulatory Surgical Center is intended to expand outpatient surgical capacity through an efficient, purpose-driven facility as the project progresses through design.
